From the beaches of the Virgin Islands and raised in the Dominican Republic, Luigi was exposed to Japanese animation and the crazy world of video games which opened his eyes to what could be done with art. While in college for a Bachelor's degree in illustration, he was exposed to tattooing. After graduation, he began his journey into the tattoo world. His work now centers around flowing, surreal blackwork, character portraits, and anime tattoos.
